Five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, and a separate garden cottage offers a degree of independence for those who want it, whether older children or friends travelling with you. Days settle into their own rhythm here. Mornings belong to the heated pool and the shaded terrace, where a plancha grill turns lunch into something lingering. Afternoons drift towards the petanque court set among the pines, and the pool house, with its bar and sound system, gives the evenings a sociable counterpoint to the calm of the gardens.

Younger guests are well looked after too, with a dedicated children room and an outdoor ping-pong table that tends to keep everyone occupied until dinner. There is nothing forced about the house.
